ONE ON ONE MENTORING TO OBLITERATE STRESS AND BUILD RESILIENCE
As I look around I see a world where stress has become normal.
Fuck normal.
Sorry for the intense language!
I just feel really passionate about this because I have seen so many people who thought they just had to live with stress change their habits and learn to move through the world with ease and peace.
And at the same time I see so many people who don’t know they have a choice, who simply don’t have the tools to be able to adapt skilfully when stress and overwhelm rear their ugly heads!
WHAT KIND OF STRESS?
When I talk about stress, I am using the word generally to describe any moment when your system goes into overwhelm and you’re left not being able to be your true, calm, natural, easeful, effortless self.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Anxiety
Overwhelm
Fear of being overrun by emotions
Busy-mindedness
Feelings of pressure
Troubles sleeping
Feelings of being frozen and unable to act or chase your dreams
Panic attacks
PTSD
Not being able to regulate your emotions, nervous system or mind
struggling to adapt to meet new challenges
STRESS IS NORMAL?
Stress really is a normal part of life. It’s natural that we experience stress and in small amounts it’s even healthy and can build resilience.
The real problem is when we stay stressed. We were not designed to stay stressed. It eats away at our inner resources, our immune system, our positivity and diminishes our capacity to be present and loving for the people we care about.
A NEW BASLINE
I want to set a new standard of normal. one where we might have short visits to stress, when it’s necessary, to become highly effective, get stuff done, or avoid danger. But the baseline - the way we MOSTLY live from moment to moment - is calm, awake, present and resilient.
We do this through doing 2 things:
Processing and transforming the old patterns and habits of stress
Creating new habits that will grow emotional resilience and general mental health and wellbeing.
HOW?
The tools we will use to do the above are traditional meditation related practices (this includes breathwork, contemplation and emotional release work) and positive neuroplacticity (this is when we create good and lasting change in the very structure of our brain).

ONE-OFF SESSION DETAILS
These sessions can be done in person or over the phone and go for approximately 90 minutes.
In a one off session we can dive into whatever specific stress-related troubles you have and you will walk away with some tools to minimise the stressors you’re facing and to build resilience so that you don’t slip back into the same ways of acting and thinking as soon as you leave.
6 WEEK PROGRAM DETAILS
In the 6 week program we follow a very specific roadmap, one step at a time, to re-wire the stress patterns in your brain and nervous system. And you’ll grow all the tools you need so when the program finishes you know exactly what to do when and if you find yourself immersed in stress again.
Sessions are for 90 mins and can be done on the phone or in person.
Some sessions include meditation recordings when applicable

Below is the rough outline of the way the 6 weeks are structured, but they are just a general guideline, the most important thing is that we name and clearly recognise your particular stressors and stress-related tendencies so we can develop actionable strategies to restore you to your full potential of calmness and capability.
