I’ve had many habits over the years that I knew were holding me back… self sabotage, avoiding hard conversations, getting defensive when my wife asked me a question and even falling asleep at family gatherings to tap out of difficult or controversial conversations.

I found myself on an endless spiritual quest, complete with my favourite purple crystal and parachute pants.

I tried chanting, 2hrs of meditation a day, ayurvedic treatments, reiki, timeline therapies and endless talking.

So, Who Am I?

I’m Michael King - I’m the guy people call when they’re sick of sneaking through life safely and are ready to show up, ditch the habits they are sick and tired of and become the person they have always envied.

I’ve coached 1000’s of people for over a decade and seen incredible results. I’ve lost count of how many people have met their life partners directly after working with me.

I see things others don’t, I understand the subtleties of why people aren’t getting what they want or becoming who they truly want to be. And I’m really freaking good at teaching it.

I’ve developed my own technique which now runs as a Meditation Teacher Training - I’ve trained 100’s meditation teachers in over 15 different countries.

This method I created helped me go from a boy living in a man's body, living in my mums garage, avoidant of conflict, afraid of finding a real woman to love and terrified of turning into my own dad to someone who supports his family with his thriving business doing what he loves, married to the love of his life and spending weekends teaching my son life lessons through fishing, surfing and adventure.

Most well intended strategies to help you with these types of things are fluffy, they may sound good at the time yet there’s no proven framework to help it stick, therefore, it actually keeps you stuck in that cycle of healing.

The truthful answer is that it could, we have seen success in clients with just using this process. However, substance addiction is complicated and we’d recommend speaking to a professional

Q. Where does this come from? What methodology does it use?

It’s a process I’ve put together after practicing it 100’s of times on students and clients. The methodology contained within the process draws upon traditional yogic psychology, positive neuroplasticity and the traditional meditation practices of self enquiry

Q. My habit isn’t tangible like reaching for food, it’s a belief that comes up, will this still work for me?

Absolutely, a habit is an action or a thought and it works equally well with both!
