You’re probably good at compartmentalising, reframing or knowing how to be who people need you to be, so you can show up and get the job done.

But even people with the strongest will can’t outrun the way they feel. When the storm passes or you’re laying in bed at night and everything's quiet, you’re there with the feelings.

Or maybe, you find yourself on the other end of the spectrum. You are so in touch with your feelings, you find yourself making all your decisions based on them. They actually seem to get in the way of you reaching your goals. Sometimes you wish you could just be a little more driven or less swayed by your emotions.

Whether you fall on either end of the spectrum, this is for you. This course has been designed so you can take ownership of your emotions, harness them and catapult yourself towards your goals. So you can become that fearless leader that lives inside of you.

You’re most likely really successful in one area of your life. You might not even realise it because it’s just normal to you. It might be in your business or career, where things are generally pretty effortless for you. But when it comes to another area, for example, your love life, maybe you keep attracting the same emotionally immature partners. Or, it could be the other way around for you, your personal life is thriving yet you know your business isn’t filling it’s potential.

Either way, it’s time to master emotional fitness and stop letting that get in between you and what you want out of life.

Most people think we just need regulation strategies. Most people who are teaching about emotions are piling up regulation strategies and we end up feeling like a bit of a failure because no matter how much breathwork we do there are a few things we can’t shift.

This is because most people only teach one side of the coin. There is a whole other side missing.

This training will include both sides of the coin and you’ll know when each one is applicable.

Side 1 - HEAL. This is where we release core emotions, deconstruct old patterns, stop to feel and heal.

SIDE 2 - GROW. Here, we grow the good. You’ll learn how to have more ‘positive’ emotions, why we humans find it challenging to do this, and how to move towards what we want.
