FROM CHAOS TO CALM
A meditation workshop that will feed your heart, mind and belly.
If you’re like most people I know, this time of year has your nervous system cooked!
And I don’t mean slow cooked with the perfect amount of spices and herbs that nourish your soul.
No. I mean overcooked, fried and sizzled to a char!
The purpose of this workshop is 2-fold
To restore your mind and heart to its natural state of calm with a meditation and dinner experience so rather than BEING cooked you’re cooked for, and nourished.
In the process of the above, give you practical tools to take into the festive season so that you maintain a sense of restoration, so you can stress less and live more!
I want to support you with everything I can to take you from FRYING to THRIVING.
In this 2.5 hour workshop we will explore some super impactful meditation tools so you can learn:
How to use your breath to calm the wild ocean of your mind
How to use your mind to change the stress patterns of your brain
How to let your heart lead so you can move into the festive season with more kindness, compassion and joy
G’day friends, it’s Michael King here. My wife Hannah and I have been running our business Kings Meditation and Mentoring for about 10 years now. We love being able to make these traditionally rooted, scientifically validated tools really accessible for everyone. Most of our work has been online, as we have always loved adventure and travel. We’ve been running therapeutic meditation trainings and working 1:1 with people from all over the world. Now we are settled around the Coffs Coast again we’re pumped to do this in-person workshop so we can all launch into the festive season feeling grounded and refueled. I used to work as a chef, and Hannah loves cooking too, so our aim here is to not only fill your mind and heart through meditation but also your belly. I look forward to seeing you at From Chaos To Calm.
Big smiles to ya,
Mikey
