Here’s a more detailed look at the course layout……
PART 1.
In part one we learn the dynamic principles of a consistent meditation practice. Once we learn how to meditate and have our own consistent practice we can then work with the more subtle therapeutic nuances that come with Part 2.
LESSON 1 - WELCOME AND PREPARATION
How to use the mental posture and the breath as preparation for meditation.
LESSON 2 - THE POWER OF CONCENTRATION
A focused mind is a calm, clear and direct mind void of its ruminating tendencies. We learn how to build concentration is a non rigid way that builds mental energy using the “inner and outer circles of concentration”
LESSON 3 - SENSITIVITY
How to become less distractible
How working with the senses increase our capacity to concentrate
Learn how we can use the senses to make meditation accessible for people extreme stress, mental turbulence or PTSD.
PART 2
After setting up a really solid meditation practice in part 1, which is like preparing the garden, we can now rip up the weeds, prune the old plants and clarify what we want to grow.
In this section we dive deep into the subtle yet highly effective contemplative practices that make up the therapeutic aspect of this meditation course. The same foundational meditation practice remains, but now we add different points of focus to encourage deep change in the mind and brain.

Returning home to knowledge of innate worth and innocence.

LESSON 7 - EMOTIONAL FITNESS
Meditation’s most powerful heart tool to build emotional wellbeing: equanimity.
Meditation strategies to release stuck emotions including the E.A.S.E method
How to strengthen the emotions that are life giving.
LESSON 8 - SAFETY AND ANXIETY
How deep inner experiences of safety and peace pave the way to less anxiety
How releasing limiting beliefs unravel the minds anxious tendencies
LESSON 9 - IDENTITY
Clarify the difference between personality and identity. In other words, the difference between who you really are and who you have become, or what psychologists call your true self and your false self.
Learn to dis-identify from the afflictions of the mind that perpetuate suffering.
PART 3
In part 3 we begin to plant seeds in the garden bed, water then daily and eventually enjoy the fruits and flowers of our meditation practice.

How to finish your meditation in the most beautiful way, growing inner states of appreciation, positive expectation and deliberate intention.
How to grow the good in your on mind in a way that changes the neural structure of your brain.
