Hey, I’m Hannah…

mum to my little legend Nalu who’s just started primary school, wife to my husband Mikey who’s been holding down the business forte for the last 5 years while I focused on raising our boy and most importantly daughter of the most high King.

Gosh, we normally try to tell you a bit about us on these sorts of pages, but I don’t even know where to begin. Mostly because I’ve changed so much over the last 10 years it’s hard to pin down a few things to mention. I’ve always loved to travel, starting with when I moved to London straight after highschool at 18 years old. That opened me up to the perspective that traveling the world can bring. I saw bits and pieces of Europe and then went on to South America where I had some of the best times of my life. When I met my husband at 22 we moved to Bali and our lives sort of became a back and forth between Bali and Australia and traveling where we could in between. Once we had our son and the Australian borders shut down in 2020 we had itchy feet but knew we couldn’t leave the country so we bought a caravan and spent nearly 2 years on the road. We have some of our best memories as a family of that time, but when Nalu turned 3 we could feel his deep yearning for stability, connection and community so we turned around just past the WA border and drove 44 hours home to Coffs Harbour where we settled down and now live.

I guess you could say that decision to drive home says a lot about us, we’ve made a lot of crazy decisions, moved around a lot, but when we have a gut feeling, or a message from God we don’t hesitate to follow that. We’ve found that following that whisper has led us to the best places and phases in life even when we don’t quite understand it at the time.

11 years ago I started a small coaching business using the skills I’d learnt through my NLP training, creating a business was so much harder than I thought it would be but little by little I built up a steady client base, mostly through word of mouth and working predominantly online. My husband and I joined our businesses and started a partnership a couple of years after that and we’ve been working together ever since.

This work has blessed us with such a beautiful life which I am so beyond grateful for. Mikey has delved right into the world of meditation and been training people to become meditation teachers for the past 6 years. Generally speaking I like to do 1 on 1 coaching work and enjoy keeping the programs general and helping people with wherever they are at or whatever they want to work on.

The great thing about the skills I’ve developed and the work I do is that it can apply to almost anything and everything. I have a toolbox filled with processes or exercises and pull different things out at different times. I’ve helped people with stress and anxiety, assisted people on their journeys with eating disorders or mental illness, worked with people who simply wanted more joy in their lives or to create the life they want for themselves, taught people how to meditate and journal, helped with insecurities, self esteem, ruminating thoughts and overwhelm.

Over the past couple of years my spiritual views have changed as I’ve found Jesus… or to put it more accurately Jesus found me. Even with all the tools I had for many years something was missing, I think I was initially drawn to this work because I felt so broken and I found relief in it myself. However there always seemed to be something missing, I was working so hard to fix myself and I ended up feeling exhausted and burnt out. So I want to make sure I’m clear when I say that Jesus has been my true and final healer, nothing could replace that for me. After that I went back and forth on whether or not it’s still integral to offer this work? I didn’t want to lead anyone around in circles thinking that this would bring them a level of peace that I believe only God can bring. However, I came to realise that this work is still very important, we are still human, we still benefit from guidance, from emotional maturity, self reflection, mental discipline and stillness. Without the work I’ve done, I wouldn’t be who I am today and I can’t deny that I’m so fortunate to have the tools I have.

If, like many, you’re put off by anything religious don’t be scared away, I will be offering coaching from a non spiritual perspective, focusing on the mind and body. Unless you request a biblical perspective or wish to talk about that, we will keep religion and my personal spiritual views out of it.

The reason I mentioned them here is just in case anyone would like a biblical perspective and because I believe there are so many people in the coaching industry over promising and under delivering, we are often left feeling dry, still thirsting, which causes people to spend ridiculous amounts of money looking for more. One of my core values is integrity, so I want to make it clear that I am not promising a supernatural, lasting peace, I looked for that for so long and only found it in one place. I am offering emotional processing, introduction to meditation and journaling, increased resilience, focus, clarity and emotional intelligence.

I’ve found over the past 10 or so years the best way to make real change in someone's mind and life is through programs that offer consistent coaching over a 3 to 6 month period. If that’s something you are interested in please just email me via the contact form below, we can arrange a time to chat over zoom, completely obligation free so you can meet me and see what I’m about and we can figure out a program that will suit you and your needs.

If you’d prefer to book in for a one off session, I am currently offering those too. Just follow the link here and you can book in directly for the session.

A session goes for between 1 to 1.5 hours and is currently $125, this is a discounted price from what I’ve offered previously for a few reasons. The first is because I’m just returning to this kind of work and would like to build my client base, the second is because we all know that economically times are tough, I know it can be really hard to find the help we need for a reasonable price, and whilst I know the sessions could be valued at more, not everyone has more to give and I don’t agree with the constant, never ending raising of prices (way above inflation) in the coaching industry.

If you’ve read this far, maybe this is for you! Book a session or email me below I’d love to hear from you.

Oh, and if you’d like a one off session but can’t make the times available work please drop me an email below and we can see if we can figure something out

Let’s work together.
